About the Role

RevenueBase, Inc. has an opening for a Product Marketing Lead position at our Waltham, MA worksite. The Product Marketing Lead will oversee product and partnership marketing strategies, manage go-to-market campaigns, and collaborate across teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate product and partnership marketing strategies, including defining and executing go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
  • Launch initiatives for the company and clients, targeting market segments with new products and offerings through a result and data-driven approach.
  • Gather customer feedback to estimate demand for new products and features, identify potential markets for products and services, and collaborate on pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share.
  • Lead and develop a team of product and partner marketers.
  • Develop quarterly and annual marketing plans, monitor industry trends, and ensure client products align with market requirements by working closely with product teams to understand brand needs, product roadmaps, market dynamics, use cases, and solutions.
  • Leverage results from data analytics, machine learning, and AI tools; collaborate with clients, product, sales, customer success, partner teams, and internal marketing counterparts to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Identify customer success stories and leverage them in marketing and sales communications by translating product features into customer value.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and create materials to support the sales process.
  • Develop persona-based content, sales enablement tools, and success stories throughout the customer and product lifecycle to highlight our value and support marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Support demand generation and account-based marketing campaigns, ensuring messaging is value-driven and aligned with client needs.

Minimum Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Business or Marketing, or in any suitable field of study or combination of education substantially related to Business or Marketing, or its equivalent.
  • Strong proficiency in market and data analysis, product marketing/advertising operations, and developing and managing product and marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the customer engagement technology industry and also of managing brands with a portfolio of product features.
  • Strong knowledge of business software, martech/marketing technologies, and data analytics computer technologies, especially:
  •   Analytics Tools (including Google Analytics)
  •   Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  •   CRM SaaS platforms (including Salesforce)
  •   Product Document Control Systems (including Confluence)

Compensation & Schedule

Salary: $150,000 per year

Full-time, 40 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM)
