Your February data is now available wherever you access it. Here are the highlights for this month’s release:
Our Ongoing Data Refresh Approach
RevenueBase continuously crawls nearly 1 billion LinkedIn profiles and other trusted sources on a rolling basis. Each month, we consolidate new, removed, and updated information into a fresh release to keep your records as accurate and comprehensive as possible. Our rolling updates ensure every profile in our database is reviewed and refreshed over time.
What’s Next
We’re planning to introduce a “last updated” date for each record, giving you clear visibility into how current your data is. As part of our commitment to timely and accurate data, we’re working to refresh all public web data points every month—a massive undertaking involving the scraping and processing of over 25 billion data points monthly. Email data will continue to be re-verified at least every two months to maintain top-tier accuracy.
Last week I sat down with fractional CMO & growth strategist Mandy Walker to discuss my experience transitioning from Marketing & RevOps leadership to CEO.

If you are spending thousands on cloud costs, I highly recommend checking out Vantage (they have a free trial). Within 24 hours of signing up for Vantage, I had full visibility into the services RevenueBase was using across cloud vendors, services, regions, and even down to the instance level. I was able to quickly reduce or shut off resources that were no longer needed. Vantage then recommended ways to save money (and how much) in very prescriptive ways (i.e. move this data to a lower tier S3 storage, purchase a reserved instance, etc.)
Below is a an actual chart showing our 65% cost reduction.
