October 2025 Release Notes
October 2025 database update includes 326 million business contacts and major improvements to job title classification across 100+ languages. New logo URL field and enhanced persona mapping now covers 196 million contacts.


📈 October 2025 RevenueBase database stats:
- Business contacts: 326 million (Net change: +3 million)
- Companies: 64 million (Net change: +0.2 million)
- Business emails: 58.5 million (Net change: -0.5 million)
- Mobile numbers: 43.6 million (Net change: +0.6 million)
As part of a targeted quality-enhancement initiative, we performed deeper cleanup this month (details below).
⭐ Data Quality Metrics:
- Email re-verification rate: 97.66% verified within the last 60 days
- Contact data freshness: 85.6% of job experiences verified on LinkedIn within the last 90 days
- Company data accuracy: 88.6% of company information verified by trusted sources in the last 90 days
🔧 Data Improvements:
- Removed 4M contacts who recently left their jobs, keeping lists up-to-date
- Removed 2M undeliverable email addresses, sustaining >95% deliverability
- Removed 0.4M invalid mobile numbers
What's new:
- Logo url field added: Access person Linkedin avatar picture URLs directly through a new field "logo_url".
- Improved classifications of job titles: A major upgrade to job title classification model was rolled out to provide highly accurate job function and level classification, taking into account differences across geographies and industries, and across over 100 languages:
- 46M updated job levels, including 9M previously categorized as 'other.'
- 104M updated job functions including 60.5M previously categorized as 'other.'

- Increased Persona field coverage:
- 196M contacts now have a persona mapped (previously 53M).
- Data dictionary overhaul: All fields reviewed and updated, inconsistencies removed, and cross-product column mappings introduced for better data integration.
🧩 Technical notes:
- Contact growth reflects balanced approach between expansion and quality maintenance.
- Missing job titles fix: Several million job titles are temporarily missing due to LinkedIn blocking re-scrapes. In the next release, we’ll backfill these records using each person’s most recent known job title at the same company from previous scrapes.
