We’re introducing the Verified by RevenueBase field to build trust in every contact record:
- Each record (with an RBID_PAO) now includes a Verification Summary showing what we observed, when, and how it was verified
- Updated with every release
- Human-readable and machine-parsable for easy UI or data feed integration
- Designed to strengthen trust for humans and AI systems
- Future versions will extend to company records, email verification results, and
machine-readable ledgers for autonomous systems

- Business contacts: 330 million (Net change: +4 million)
- Companies: 64.1 million (Net change: +0.1 million)
- Business emails: 58.5 million (Net change: no change)
- Mobile numbers: 44.3 million (Net change: +0.6 million)
⭐ Data Quality Metrics:
- Email re-verification rate: 98% verified within the last 60 days.
- Contact data freshness: 94% of job experiences verified on LinkedIn within the last 90 days.
- Company data accuracy: 88.8% of company information verified by trusted sources in the last 90 days.
🔧 Data Improvements:
- Removed 5M contacts who recently left their jobs, keeping lists up-to-date.
- Removed 3.5M undeliverable email addresses, sustaining >95% deliverability.
- Removed 0.3M invalid mobile numbers.
🆕 What's new
- Multi-position email support: Single individuals holding multiple concurrent positions now have separate email addresses for each role, providing more accurate contact coverage (one email per current position).
- Increased Job title field coverage:
- Extra 9M contacts now have job titles in place thanks the new intelligent data persistence prevents job title gaps caused by temporary LinkedIn access limitations.
- Number of records without Job title values goes down by 50%: from 18M to 9M.
🧩 Technical notes:
- Contact growth reflects balanced approach between expansion and quality maintenance.
- Some emails were reallocated: about 2% of emails were reallocated to other profiles/positions due to new multi-position email support.
