April 2025 Release Notes

Here are the highlights:

Contact updates:

  • 110M fresh new contacts added (243M total contacts.)
  • 42M contacts removed due to people leaving their jobs since we last checked their profile on Linkedin, or their email is no longer deliverable.  

Email updates:

  • 7 million new email addresses verified and added (RevenueBase total: 46M total verified email addresses.)
  • 2.5M emails removedafter rigorous deliverability testing.

Mobile phone updates:

  • 8M cellphone numbers added (RevenueBase total: 30M total cellphone numbers.)

What’s New:

  • Company data refresh: All 60+ million companies were updated. From this month forward, company data will be updated each month. 
  • Email Re-Verification Every 60 Days: To ensure consistently high email deliverability (95% or higher), our goal is to re-check every email address at least once every 60 days. We’re already meeting this goal for over 93% of all email addresses across our database.
  • EMAIL_LAST_VERIFIED_AT Field: For transparency about data quality, RevenueBase now includes a timestamp indicating when the email address’s deliverability was last verified.
  • HubSpot Integration via Gigasheet: Our highly requested HubSpot integration (via Gigasheet) is available within the UI, click File > Save >  Hubspot
