RevenueBase Anti-Spam Policy

RevenueBase, Inc. (“RevenueBase,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) prohibits the advertising or promotion of revenuebase.ai, or any RevenueBase product, service, or web property, through unsolicited bulk or commercial email, or through any other unsolicited electronic message.

1. Scope

This policy binds everyone who promotes RevenueBase, without exception:

  • RevenueBase employees and contractors;
  • Any agency, reseller, affiliate, lead-generation partner, or other third party acting on our behalf; and
  • Any email service provider, sending platform, or infrastructure vendor we engage.

It applies to every RevenueBase web property, including revenuebase.ai and all subdomains, and to any domain that redirects or forwards to them.

2. Prohibited Practices

The following are prohibited when promoting any RevenueBase web property:

  • Sending unsolicited bulk email of any kind.
  • Sending to addresses obtained by scraping, harvesting, dictionary attack, or purchase from a list vendor.
  • Sending to any recipient who has opted out, unsubscribed, or asked us to stop.
  • Sending to any address on our suppression list.
  • Falsifying, forging, or obscuring message headers, envelope information, the sending domain, or the originating IP address.
  • Using deceptive subject lines or “From” names.
  • Omitting a functioning unsubscribe mechanism.
  • Omitting a valid physical postal address.
  • Using open relays, open proxies, or compromised infrastructure.
  • Routing messages through any third party in a way that conceals the true sender.

3. Required Practices

Every commercial message that mentions or links to a RevenueBase web property must:

  • Be sent only to business contacts with a legitimate, documented business reason to receive it.
  • Clearly identify RevenueBase, Inc. as the sender.
  • Include a working, one-click unsubscribe link that requires no login, no account, and no reply.
  • Include our physical postal address.
  • Use accurate, non-deceptive headers and subject lines.
  • Be sent from properly authenticated infrastructure with valid SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records.
  • Comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the EU GDPR and ePrivacy Directive, the UK GDPR and PECR, and all other applicable law in the recipient’s jurisdiction.

4. Opt-Out Handling

We honor every opt-out request within ten (10) business days, and in practice within 48 hours. Opt-outs are added to a permanent global suppression list that applies across all RevenueBase campaigns, all sending domains, all sending platforms, and all third parties acting on our behalf. Suppressed addresses are never re-added, including where the address is later supplied to us by a customer or partner.

To opt out of all RevenueBase email, write to privacy@revenuebase.ai with the subject line “Opt-Out Request,” or use the unsubscribe link in any message.

5. Sending Domains and Redirect Domains

RevenueBase does not permit revenuebase.ai, or any subdomain or redirect pointing to it, to be used as the advertised destination, tracking domain, or forwarding domain in unsolicited bulk email. Any vendor configuration that would have that effect violates this policy and must be reverted immediately on discovery.

6. Third Parties and Enforcement

Any partner, affiliate, reseller, or vendor that violates this policy has its relationship with RevenueBase terminated, and we require the immediate cessation of all mailings referencing our web properties. We do not pay commission, referral fees, or any other compensation on business generated in violation of this policy.

7. Reporting a Violation

If you received an unsolicited message advertising revenuebase.ai, report it to abuse@revenuebase.ai with the full message headers and body. We investigate every report, respond within five (5) business days, and take corrective action including terminating the responsible sender.
